I had the most amazing experience today at Firestone. Jay O was phenomenal! He explained everything to me down to the smallest detail. I was absolutely amazed at the customer service experience and will be going back again! Thank you again for such an amazing experience!

I was driving when suddenly my check engine light came on and car was warning me to pull over . So I did at in front of the Firestone parking lot and popped my hood to cool down the engine. I noticed the store was closed and felt hopeless cause I had my Yorkie with me with no way to get home . Luckily a young mechanic came to check out if I was okay .. so I explained and issue let him take a look at my vehicle. I was Soo grateful and over the moon when he said he could help me and took my vehicle to inspect the issue… turns out all I needed was some coolant and new brake for my rear tires .. Brian saved our lives that night and quickly addressed the issue and set up an appointment to have my brakes fixed …. I am extremely grateful and thankful for Brian’s great customer service, knowledge of car issues and being there for me and now he has won a new customer!!!
